    Cannot Setup/Access Solo since firmware upgrade


      Solo has been working fine until last firmware upgrade. I run setup.slingbox.com, sees and confirms unit stating it is up to date, asks to name unit and for password. Next screen says password is incorrect then says internet access to box is disabled - do you want to retry. Hit yes and go through previous steps again (and again, and again)


      Router shows IP address is assigned to Slingbox. A constant ping to unit returns <1ms response until password portion of install. Ping goes to >200ms and eventually drops until asked to retry setup again, when ping goes back to <1ms.


      I have seen some similar posts about access to box and not thrilled about asking to pay 29.99 for support when all worked fine and seems to be a firmware issue?


      Any suggestions or tips?
