I have finally connected to my slingbox but i am unable to view its contents on the LAN at home. Using the player i get this error:
There was a problem communicating with the Slingbox. Try connecting again.
Also when trying to connect via the web player.. it never plays as well.
However, i tested out at another location and i was able to watch TV there without any problems (though the audio was not really in sync)
I have disabled my firewall (windows xp x64 sp3) and uninstalled all anti-virus programs.
Not sure what else to do??

Most of the times, this issue is related to the security software running at the local network. We recommend you to verify if the network firewall has been disabled or not. The following link will provide you with further information and the steps to follow.
