      Several reviewers on Amazon.com report they are extremely unhappy with the support they have, or have not, received from Sling.  More than one complained that, while their product was still under warranty, they had to pay for even the most basic customer support, such as changing their sign-up email address.  Has anyone else tried to use Sling support or had/heard of similar experiences?  The product sounds great, I'm just a little weary of spending a few hundred on an essentially unsupported piece of hardware.
