    My slingbox hasn't worked since I updated several months ago


      What are my options.  Every time I search for help to fix the problem Slingbox wants to charge me.  I don't think this is reasonable since it was working fine before the update.  The connections works fine for about 10 seconds and then it disconnects and tells me I have a problem with my internet connection, however, the only problem is with Slingbox connecting.  Please help.  I use to think this was a great product and now I've very close to making it a doorstop.
