We need to get more information about this issue to help you out. Unfortunately, your post is not clear enough and we need you to give us more details. How is the Slingbox connected to the router? Do you experience this issue only remotely or at the Slingbox location too?

I have a lan cable that goes directly to the slingbox and i face this problem both remotely and on the local network too.
I have tried a lot of things. I have changed the lan cable about 3 times. I have reset the slingbox twice. ihave also eset the router once. But non of these helped.
The strange thing is that the is no consistant time of disconnection. At times it stays on for one hour without disconnecting and other rimes it disconnect almost every 5-10 minutes.
please do let me know if anything could be done
