    PRO-HD is Detected during set up but will not Connect to configure


      I have had the Pro-HD for several months and have enjoyed great success of viewing on my desktop, laptop and iphone.  However, a recent attempt to view from any/all interfaces have failed.  I performed a hard reset, but still unable to connect with the slingbox to perform the configuration.  I am attempting to reconfigure through a pc connected to my home network (not crossing the Internet).  The prompt on the setup menu says the slingbox is detected - from there things go south.  Repeatedly the dialog box says can't connect -  retry? All lights on the box are lit (power, network and horseshoe). My frustration is growing.  Any help would greatly be appreciated.
