I have watched the sling for at least seven/eight months and all of a sudden I can't get my sling mobile to work on my phone. I am up to date with all my software and sling app and my app opens and initiates and I just get the white spinning line that goes around in a circle. At first I thought my TV was not on but I even went to it on the app and hit power on nothing then I went on my lap top and it works normal. then I deleted the app and deleted it from my computer re downloaded it and nothing has changed. I dont get audio or video. I am using an iphone 4 that has worked with this up to a week ago. I am trying it both on wifi and 3g and no luck. Any ideas or help would greatly be appreciated.
The issue that you are experiencing with the connection through your iPhone might be related to the Internet Viewing configuration on your Slingbox. You can try to enable it manually using the links provided below, that should work.
