    Direct TV coax connection issues?


      Recently switched from Frontier to Direct TV and am having issues:


      1) when I hook the coax from the wall into the slingbox in  and then connect the coax out to the coax in on the direct Tv box, I lose the signal to the television and have not yet been able to set up the slingbox for direct Tv.


      any suggestions?


      the 3 lights on the wireless receiver are all green and the 2 red lights are on for the slingbox now that I've reconnected the coax cables thru the slingbox,

      however the message I get when attempting to do the setup is That I've disconnected access to the internet?.
