I've got a Slingbox PRO-HD which has stopped communicating with the network. Today I disconnected and reconnected the power supply, afterwards the power and logo lights are on but the network light is off and it doesn't appear on my network. It's connected directly to the router.
When I try to connect I get the following message
"SlingPlayer wasn't able to connect with the Slingbox, possibly because of a communications problem.
I've tried following the advice for this problem, swapped over the network cables, and it deoesn't work. Finally, I can't get it to reset to factory settings. Holding the button has no effect.
Is the power supply damaged or the box?
