When I'm viewing via the internet player, the program guide populates information for only channels 1-99, the digital music channels in the 900s and a few on demand channels in the low 1000s. I have reset my slingbox pro and run the set-up assistant several times. I've tried configuring Ant In (with and without cable box), component, and S-video connections for TWC digital and analog options in my North Carolina area code. I discovered the internet guide problem tonight after originally posting about it in the iphone ap forum last week. I'm assuming this is a single issue causing the program guide information problem on my ap and the internet viewer and I would appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve it. TIA.

If the channel guide provides fewer channels than usually, it is because you are getting encrypted channels. First, we recommend you to run the Setup Assistant for Internet Viewing. Just make sure to select the right Zip Code and cable service provider.
