    Slingbox Pro working poorly with new HD DVR


      My Slingbox Pro has performed beautifully, for years, with my standard definition Directv DVR.  I just upgraded to a HD tv and purchased a Directv HD DVR.  I attached the required HD connection component to the Slingbox as well.  But now, when viewing, either on my pc or on my iphone, I get a virtually unwatchable picture.  The picture is frozen most of the time and when it works, the sound constantly cuts in and out.  Also, if I try changing the channel, it takes about a minute for it to happen.  At first, I thought my 6mb DSL connection might be too slow for HD.  But just yesterday, AT&T upgraded my connection to 12mb but the situation has not improved.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
