Watching via the browser on a Mac

      Hi there,

I have a Slingbox Pro and I use a Mac Mini to watch it when I'm abroad. It works fine using the Slingbox app but I know they ahve stopped supporting that, so I've been trying to move across to the browser based version. I set the Slingbox up for Internet viewing when I was at home and the admin page on Slingbox.com tells me it is set up so all should be well. However whenever I use the browser window it will only stream audio despite the Slingbox app being able to deal with it perfectly well.

      Any ideas ?

          Hi, benjdunn

If you want to use the SlingPlayer software version for Mac, you can download and install the SlingPlayer software version through this link.

Keep in mind that there are external factors (physical changes on local network, power outages, electrical storms, etc) that might affect the router settings.

Therefore, we recommend you to run the Setup Assistant for Internet Viewing one more time, using either the web-based application or the SlingPlayer software version.
