    Update your DirecTV Recievers


      When setting my my Slingbox Pro with my DirecTV reciever I have everything working but the remote. When perofming the initial setup the Slinbox setup requests information about the make and model of your reciever and they don't have the HR24-200 as an option would I believe is keeping the remote from working so I can't change channels. I'm also pretty shocked how Slingbox does everything possible to keep it's customers from contacting them.


      I'm not going to pay 49.95 for a support call to tell them they are behind on reciever updates.


      Please complain anyway you can about their customer support.
