    Slingbox needs to be reset every few weeks


      My Slingbox Pro-HD used to work with very little intervention.  Recently, we are finding it needs to be reset every few weeks - very infrequent, but very annoying when nobody is home and we are trying to use it - i.e. my whole point of having a Slingbox!  The solution to reset it is not a solution since we are not home.  Are there things we should do to troubleshoot this issue?  (I have to admit I fear doing a firmware update based on reports that people do this and their Slingbox quits working altogether.  And the vendor's 'solution' is to pay them to have them tell you to purchase a new one.)  But I digress - any thoughts on what to do to help with this annoyance?  Thanks.
