I successfully installed the Solo at home. My iPhone and iPad both worked with it using the same sling mobile software. But when I travel, the Sling works with the iPad, which has limited data plan (no wi-fi available), but the iPhone, which has an unlimited data plan, won't connect and I get a message that I have to upgrade my Solo software to 2.1.103. Why would the iPad work using the same Solo and the same mobile software but the iPhone wouldn't? I looked on the Sling website and couldn't find anything that discussed this. I wrote to Sling two weeks ago asking where to look but I never got a response. Anyone have an answer to this?
