Your Slingbox has been disconnected because of a poor Internet connection. Try connecting again. You may need to use another location.
If the Slingbox was working fine before but now you cannot connect to it remotely, I recommend to Reset the Slingbox to factory settings and run the Setup Assistant again to enable the Internet Viewing, after this you should be able to connect locally and remotely.
