    I think it is terrible that you tell a new Ipad or iPhone user to update the Slingbox firmware without telling them you will likely need to be next to to SlingBox to push the reset button.  Now we are 1500 miles from home and have no SlingBox access.


      WHy do you not tell people right up front to not do a firmware update if they are not next to their Slingbox and can reset it.  Now we are 1500 miles away for the winter with no ability to watch our SlingPlayer thanks to going thru a required firmware upgrade for iPad.  This issue is buried in your technical notes and forums.  You should have a very big warning message as the first step of your updates.  Very bad product engineering and management!  I can only image how many remote unhappy customers you must have who have run into this issue.
