      I got this deal back in November.  My slingbox is located in Indiana at my brothers, while I am in Germany.  They were able to fix it and it worked solid for about three weeks, and I'm getting the same error again.  The difference between this time and last time is that my brother couldn't even get connected while this time he has no issue.  So my question is:


      1) Is the issue my internet connection?  The village I live in doesn't have the fastest connection but in the past it only affect how fast it took to download stuff on YouTube or watch Channelsurfing.


      2) Any suggestions I can let my family know in Indiana to fix the issue if it isn't on my end?
