Does anyone else have a ton of trouble getting SB support? I mean this is probably the worst customer service company I have ever seen. Am I missing something?
I have perpetual trouble getting my SB Pro HD to work. It is SLOW switching channels, often gives me "slow connection" warning despite being connected directly to the router and PC directly to the router (no wireless).
I just had to reformat my HD and wanted to get the Sling player. It appears that the only way to watch now in your own house is via the web? And as I have read on here it looks like it is running round trip to their servers across the web just to get back to my house? Can that be correct? That would be incredibly stupid from an engineering point of view. Please tell me this is not true - NOBODY is that stupid.
The web browser doesn't force you to go through their servers to sling via you LAN.
