The power supply that you received is the one for the Slingbox SOLO, SlingCatcher and the Slingbox PRO-HD,

I've already reviewed those links as well as tried all steps.
I know it's not my router, because when i connect a different device to my router, the light on the front of the router (for port 1) lights up.
Also, I tried doing a factory reset, but the lights do not flash at all.
I ordered a new power supply as from what I'm reading the power supply is most likely the cause.
The slingbox pro-hd i purchased was a refurbished one (through slingbox $150 upgrade program) so I'm thinking they sent me out a bad power supply (perhaps a used one?)...
If the new power supply does NOT work, then i think my slingbox is dead.
I'll have to return it.
Do you have any other thoughts?
Robert, You don't have anything in your house that has the same power suppley unit?? When this happened to me and Yes it does sound like the power supply is bad with your unit I was able to use the power supply from a Sling Catcher that I had. But then I realized my router and two switchs that I have also run the same power supply. Once you find out 100% that it is in deed the power supply you will be better off having them send you just that or buying it because the price of the power supply is less then the cost of shipping to send your unit back to Sling.
