My iPad player is working fine except that I have no audio. I've already tried the basic suggestions in support but it's still not working. Does anyone know what elsw to try? Thanks.

I had the same problem. I had a message that said no audio available, that was in the place of the volume control.
All I did was select Standard Quality, and the sound came on. I then reselected High Quality, and the sound remained working.
I don't have the message but did try it anyway, didn't make any difference. Thx

Thanks for the input. My problem was that I didn't realiza that with the 4.2 software upgrade the button on the side that used to be a screen lock is now a volume button. Once I turned on the switch it worked fine.
