      I have had a slingbox M1 for 2+ years and it has been functioning perfectly.  Last week I lost picture and sound on it even though it said it was connected and streaming.  I checked all connections and rebooted the device but nothing worked.  I logged into the website and watched through the online player and that worked for about a week but now I am having the exact same problem with that.  I tried the slingbox app on my phone and that is working so I know my box is active.  However, I still have no picture or sound on the player on my laptop or online.  Any ideas/suggestions?
