I just logged onto slingbox on my Mac running snow leopard. It said I have to download a new version and after I did that I could no longer log on. When I try it says an error has occured and try again. I know the email and password are correct as I was able to log on when I got the message about the upgrade. Should I remove the upgrade or what?
Hi tams, can you please provide more details about the software update that you installed, was the Slingplayer in your computer or a firmware within the Slingbox? the community would like to help you with it.
