    No Connection


      I'm getting an "There was an error connecting to your Slingbox. Please try again. Do you want to retry?"  Typically, the circle of dots would appear to go around in a circle, but not now.  All other internet connections work fine.  I reset my password, but again the system is not connecting to Slingbox.com.  Any hints or suggestions?

          We recommend you to be as specific as possible about the issue you are having. This way, other forum users will be able to help you with accurate information.


          If you are not able to connect from a remote location, try reconfiguring the Internet Viewing manually using the following link:


          Slingbox Network Setup Assistant


          However, if you are not able to connect to the Slingbox locally, check the lights on your Slingbox and proceed from there.


          About the lights on the front of the Slingbox
