Thank you very much for getting back to me. Have downloaded the desktop player and correct remote working. Then went to sign in through Firefox and/or Chrome and keep getting this message There was an error connecting to your Slingbox. Please check your internet settings and try again.

When I click on “here” it goes very briefly to the error page but before you can read it; it just reverts to the Slingbox window?
