    Slingbox 500 video and audio freeze issues?

      I have a Verizon Fios account where I live in NJ and my Slingbox 500 is connected to one of my HD set top boxes. It's a box that is very rarely used. When I try watching my Fios content in my vacation house in Pennsylvania the video and audio skips and freezes every few seconds until it just freezes and doesn't work unless I turn it off then on again and it freezes again. My cable company in PA is Blue Ridge, owned by PennTel, and I believe I have the fastest Internet speed they offer which is 100mbs download and 5mbs upload. Is this the problem, do I need faster service? I'm almost ready to just trash the Slingbox and go back to the cable companies terrible programming.
