There is no option to close or cancel any account. I recommend that you log in to your Sling Account and then select the Slingbox Directory to remove the Slingbox attached. You don't need to use that account anymore.
Am I missing something?
I log on to my account online,,,,,,go to the "watch" tab.....go to "slingbox directory" and it is showing TWO slingboxes! (And I have one! A Solo)
Is this correct? One has the picture of the solo....and says "local network" when I hover over it....and the other looks like an older big silver box? And when I hover over it, it says "internet"......
Yet I can only access ONE (The one showing the picture of my Solo) "account".
I log onto my account ether at home or away from home on my any device (Computer or phone) and it shows BOTH boxes.....and again...I can only access the ONE (the account with the solo picture) account!
When I am in my account and go to my "slingbox directory" I do not see any options for deleting any boxes or accounts?
Just wondering if I need both accounts? Or can I delete one?
