    Can't see the entire screen? Help!

      I just recently setup everything and everything works fine, but unfortunately I can see the entire screen. What should I do? I am using a solo and a slinglink turbo. Any advice will help. Thanks in advance!

          We recommend you to check the resolution on the set top box (cable box or DVR) attached to your Slingbox. Then, make sure to launch the web-based application and test all the settings for the set top box resolution. 

           

          We also recommend you to use the Component cables in order to make this specific test.
