    Cannot connect


      We have the Sling Box Pro HD. I have Slingbox set up on my laptop, Windows 7 and on my iPad. Our internet connection is Roadrunner.

      Every now and then, it cannot connect. The error code is 0x92340109. It says the box is not setup for remote viewing.

      I have tried resetting the unit, unplugging and replugging. Still no connection but the lights are on on the Slingbox. The Slingbox lights say we have a connection.

          Even though your Slingbox is up and running, maybe you need to adjust some router settings in order enable the Internet Viewing feature on your Slingbox.
