    Lifetime Customer, Zero help

      I purchased the very first slingbox when it came out and I still have it.  I loved the product so much that I went out and bought the next 4 products that were released!  Ive been a lifetime customer.  This week, my RF signal stopped working on my Slingbox 350.  Ive never needed any type of support in the past so I was astounded when I saw that there was a $29.99 charge for help with the issue!  Ive tried all of the troublesome shooting and it is apparent that it is the unit itself.

       

      This is very disheartening,  especially with so many other streaming options available.

       

      Ill hook up my old solo HD.  Downside, cant chromecast with the Solo.

       

      Disheartened
