Program Guide within Sling box Player does not show complete HD Listings. The reason I am told is that you do not have my "EXACT" cable box. Please install Cisco 9865HDC Cable box so I have full service with my Slingplayer.
Believing is one thing, fixing it is the other... I'll call them back. Can't seem to get back into resetting to make 100% sure i selected the right provider. There is no place on the "setup" to reset or change.
Settings > Configure Input. And the program Guide is provided by a third-party Company (Zap-it as I recall), based on your selection of Provider so I guess Sling Media would just pass the buck to them.
