    Failed to get available channels

      I recently changed to an Xfinity X1 box.  I changed the settings on my desktop and that is now working correctly.  On my iPhone however it shows the channel I was last on but I'm unable to pull up the remote or view the guide because I get the error "failed to get available channels."  I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but that did not work.  I can't see where I would change the cable box on the app.  Please help.

          I understand you are not able to bring up your virtual remote or view the guide. You may have to process a reconfiguration. Please follow the steps below:

           


          Mobile Slingplayer app

          • Settings
          • Reconfigure or configure source connected to slingbox
          • Cable provider
          • Set top box
          • Test remote

           

          Slingplayer app for tablet

          • Settings
          • Sources
          • Reconfigure/Configure Source connected to Slingbox
          • Cable provider
          • Set top box
          • Test remote
