The system board would not allow a reply to the post with this same subject so I made a repeat.
I have both, the M2 and 500. The M2 is working with the Windows desktop player and the 500 quit working a few days ago. The 500 gives an indication that it is ready to stream and I can access it via my cellphone, but the desktop program says it needs to reconfigure---however, that just goes into an endless loop. After the reconfiguration process, clicking on the begin to start watching link brings the user to the .com viewer. This is not an option for those with a local system that is off the internet. Perhaps a program tweak may be needed as a result of recent Windows 10 update?
