If you just bought it, it should be under warranty and you should be able to get phone support. If you did just buy it though I would suggest returning it. Over the last week they have prevented streaming from the 350 via the desktop app and the web plug in slingplayer has been really faulty (the remote doesn't load). It has made watching my 350 impossible on my desktop computer. I now have to sit at my desk and watch from my phone
