I have desktop sling player for my 2 windows 10 machines and none of them work properly anymore. Web player crashes too, no natter what browser I am using. I can get android to work on a tablet and phone, but that's it. Shows its not my box, but their software / firmware update. This has been going on for a while now and Sling has not fixed anything. They will not give me any phone support (paid or otherwise), because my HD PRO is "no longer supported" and want to know if I want to upgrade. Upgrade to what, another none working model? Just a money grab for no service.
Sling has broken every promise ever made and should be ashamed of they way they treat their customers. I have been unable to get any response from them about when or if they plan on fixing anything. They say they are aware they have a problem and thanks for understanding. I don't understand.
