      how do i troubleshoot settings that keep me from remote viewing of my Slingbox CLASSIC - I moved the Slingbox to another house

          Hi, swivomatic.

           

          We need you to be more specific about this issue. Are you not able to get the remote connection? Do you get any error message or code? Is the Slingbox Classic up and running on the local network? Does the Slingbox have solid lights?
