Hi our Slingbox Solo hasn't been working for many months. We've just got back to the location where it's installed to find that the Network light does not glow, and the Power light fades in and out. The device doesn't respond to reset command. Would appear that the power supply has died.
In order to get a replacement PSU I've tried to call the support line for either UK or Germany - both respond with a message "Happy Holidays... Check the website for our opening ours through until the New Year" !! Can anyone comment? Have the support numbers changed from those listed on the Sling website?
Any help would be most appreciated we've not had the device long and my wife likes that it keeps her connected (when it's working) with News and Sports in her home country when we're away for long periods.
Thanks to fezzarelli for posting a UK support number which seems to work.. They are sorting us a replacement PSU. Bit strange that even through it's under warrantee you have to pay for the support up front and it's then later refunded...
