I don't think that the trouble is with the power supply. I recommend that you contact someone at the Slingbox location so they can connect to the Slingbox locally and verify if the issue persists, they also need to try to use different cables for audio. The problem was in the cables and it's been fixed
I have another issue, my cable box is too new and slingbox only support the older version, I was able to use the old cable box setting but the remote is missing many features such as Fast forward and so on
I want to know if there is solution for that
