    Log on problems


      A friend of mine called me and asked me to check on  his internet connection in his home because his Sling Box was not working at his other home in Brazil.  His home is in South Carolina  and I checked everything there and all is working fine.   I was able to log on in the house but was not able to log on from a remote location via the internet.  The error message he received in Brazil was the same ]message I received:

      Your Slingbox has been disconnected because of a poor Internet connection. Try connecting again. You may need to use another location. Do you want to retry?

      Has anyone encountered this and does anyone know how to fix this problem?
