Given my previous post on this matter and the fact that I have still not been able to contact Support UK by phone because allegedly "our office is closed, please try again during office hours!!!'. I cannot send an email because there is not an email address anywhere in the support pages. I would be grateful if anyone knows a way to get in touch with them. In the meantime, I have resorted to writing to Slingplayer's parent company Echo, where there was an email address. I am not hopeful of a reply.
So, my question is this can I completely uninstall the 350 and all the browser extensions etc and start again from scratch with a new install? Or will it remember that I have an account already and take me back full circle?
