    15 years using Slingboxes and still Newbe?

      I just realized my forum status has not changed a bit in past years since I have been using Slingmedia products, helping others solving problems by posting countless replies and asking others.

      But why would anyone care, why would Sling forum admin care since most of replies from so called "experts" (those guys with famous slingmedia icon) are amateur and lame.


      Seems there is a large disconnection between Slingmedia "brains" like engineering/development team and so called online customer support. This last one seem to be tailored by whoever runs this show to treat customers like idiots feeding us with mostly useless easy to figure out answers or keep us suspended in ignorance void.


      Or am I wrong?
