    reconfiguring the 350

      Does anyone know how a customer is supposed to contact support by phone? I keep getting told on their phone line that the office is closed even though I've phoned at several different times of the  day between 9am and 5pm. There is no email facility and I am getting extremely frustrated with this company.

      My streaming light is pulsing and I have tried every rectification advice given on the support page and their videos. I have tried hard resets and soft resets. I have solid lights on power and internet but cannot get a solid light on the streaming light. I keep coming up against a brick wall when told I need to reconfigure the box but I have no way of doing that when all I get is P1 and P3 errors.

      Is there anyone out there that can help?
