Couldn't wait for their servers to come back up so I called tech line. Transferred to level 2 tech.
Using some chat software on my PC they transferred a recovery file (about 26MB), asked me to unzip files and copy to USB drive.
Told me to insert USB drive on back of Catcher and hold reset down for 10 seconds.
Catcher went in to recovery mode and used files from USB drive instead of their servers.
Error code 0 popped up again after few minutes, clicked continue
Catcher then restarted and WORKED!!
Latest software installed, all is well.
