Yesterday we could not connect to our slingbox(we are in Germany, the Slingbox is the States). The message said "Your Slingbox was disconnected because of slow internet connection". Found out that the slingbox location had a storm that interrupted the tv and probably internet, my brother who has the slingbox said that his labtop worked fine with the slingbox while at his home. Today I got the same message, then I got a message that says there was a error in connecting.
Does anybody have any ideas that I can try to do to get this thing back up and running? I can't seem to locate the number to customer support and I think my 90 day chat window has expired. Thanks!
It could be that due to the storm the Slingbox got reset, so you can check the following link about the Setup or contact the Sling Media Tech Support if you need further assistance.
