I just bought the M2 and it looks like I may have to return it. My cable boxes in most rooms are only connected by HDMI cables and I do not want to spend an additional $70.00 for a HDMI adapter. I currently have the M2 connected to my other cable box which is a DVR. The box is an Arris XG1v3. The box is not available in list of choices but I can stream by choosing a different box type but the remote will not work. I have contacted Slingbox customer service by phone with no assistance. What are my options?
I assume you have already done a proper Forum Search for your model number in case other people have already answered your question ?
