What can I do with an unauthorized user using my Sling account?

For the past 2 months, I have had problems with someone using my slinbox account.  Their IP address has been identified as coming from an address approximately 8-10 miles away from where I am in a remote location and not coming from my home.  I have changed my password multiple times, but it has not helped, and I have not given the new passwords to anyone.  Technical support tellls me that if I change my password and do not tell anyone, there is no way that someone else can use my account.  Still, the problem continues, and I have to bump them from watching with my account sometimes as many as 10-15 times per day.  As you can imagine, it is extremely annoying -- can anyone help me with how I might take care of this?  Unfortunately, the technical support people have not been helpful with this issue.  The message I am getting is the one -- "Another authorized user is using the slingbox. . . "  but there is no one authorized.  Thanks in advance for your help.
