    Slingbox 350 setup


      My Slingbox 350 has been disconnected for over a year as we re-modeled. I"m getting an error on my phone that I need to go through the setup process. When I try to setup on my Mac, I'm getting an error that my browser isn't supported even though I meet the OS and browser requirements. I've downloaded the most recent plugin.


      I'm at a loss. Thoughts?

          We have detected an issue for the new iOS update and our engineering is working on a fix right now.Meanwhile there is a possible work around that might help, you can go to watch.slingbox.com from one of this browsers- Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox. Which may lead you to access your sling account.


          We will keep you posted as soon as we submit the updated app on Slingbox.com.

          The fix will require an update to the app.
