I have restarted power to Slingbox HD Model 58300 and both power and network lights on front of Slingbox are glowing steadily. When I log into slingbox account, however, it states that slingbox cannot be located. Have tried this multiple times and restarted sling box as well. There is no firewall software running. Computer running setup and sling box are both on the same network. The only device between sling box and computer is a Time Warner Cable cable box which also provides internet and cable tv service to the home. Any advice on how to make this work would be greatly appreciated. I wonder if ports must be opened on router/cable box by Time Warner for this connection to succeed? Thank you!
