I and others have had this spontaneous re-setting problem for months yet no one at Customer Service even acknowledges there's an issue. My firmware is current, I've hard reset my box several times (which is a pain) and plugged my Slingbox directly into the wall socket as suggested in another post. It works for about a week, then it starts re-setting again. I've requested help and I keep coming back to this site, hoping someone has found a solution to the problem, but there's no response. I feel like this Community Help Board is a just a placebo, tricking us into thinking we're being heard (NOT). I doubt Slingbox even monitors this site.
