I have the Slingbox 500, I was able to resolve the zip code issue by resetting the box and starting over. I am still not able to get video using the cable box information.
Our box is new, it is a Samsung SMT-H3326 model. I will work on it some again tomorrow.

While setting up my slingbox for the first time, I accidentally typed in the wrong zip code. My only option is "OK" Cannot delete or edit the wrong information.
Already went online, but it doesn't address this. Says to hit the return on the remote. That doesn't work.Can anyone help?
